DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE PAYMENT MEMO EXCEPT YOUR ORDER NUMBER. Payments may be returned and orders canceled if any other information is included in the memo.
PLEASE DO NOT SELECT “TURN ON FOR PURCHASES” OR “GOODS & SERVICES” IN VENMO OR CASH APP. FOR ZELLE, PLEASE ENSURE THE TRANSFER IS SENT AS A STANDARD/PERSONAL PAYMENT. Selecting buyer protection options in Venmo or Cash App will cause your order to be cancelled for non-payment, and we will not be able to process it until the charged fee is received.
IF YOUR PAYMENT DOES NOT GO THROUGH, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT MULTIPLE REPEATED ATTEMPTS. Repeated payment attempts may trigger fraud protections or temporary blocks with your bank/payment provider.
Note: You must pay the exact order amount. Otherwise, your order will not be processed automatically.
